This painting was done in tribute to the Utah PTA for their commitment to children and their education-both mentally, socially. Many elementary schools hold fall carnivals thanks to their local PTA organizations. The carnivals not only provide an opportunity for the children to have a fun time with their classmates, families and teachers, but provide as one of the larger fundraisers of the year for PTA organizations.
Our goal is to process and ship all orders within 48 hours. We primarily ship through UPS and USPS. Free shipping is offered on all orders $79 and higher within the 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping on orders $79 and up does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, and other U.S. Territories and international destinations.
