Returns & Refunds

RETURNS

We accept returns of unopened, unused puzzles received within 30 days of purchase. Un-opened means the puzzle must still be in its original sealed plastic bag (traditional and personal puzzles) or velum sleeve (mini wooden puzzles). The puzzle must be returned to us in its original unopened, undamaged box and sleeve. Returned puzzles can be exchanged for a different puzzle title (similarly priced) the refunded.

Return shipping is paid by the purchaser. Send all returns along with your name, address, and order number to: Americana Art Returns, 2720 W. 600 N. Suite 300, Lindon, UT 84042. Missing information may delay or void your return. You may reach out to us with questions at: contact@boardwalkpuzzles.com or call us at 801-785-1123.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom puzzle orders or art.

REFUNDS

Refunds may be given an unopened, unused puzzles returned within 30 days of purchase. Damaged shipments may also qualify for a refund or replacement. If your puzzle arrives damaged, please take photos of the shipping box and unopened puzzle box and send them to contact@boardwalkpuzzles.com.

You may also call us at (801) 785-1123. Refunds are made to the original purchaser via the original payment method.

We monitor damaged item and return requests for abuse and reserve the right to limit claims and credits at all times.
