Grand Teton National Park is located in the northwest region of Wyoming on its border with Idaho. The park encompasses the Teton mountain range, the 4000-meter high Grand Teton peak and the valley known as Jackson Hole. Many go to the park for hiking, mountaineering, back-country camping and fishing. It is linked to nearby Yellowstone National Park by the John D. Rockfeller Jr. Memorial Parkway.
