Galveston is a resilient city which had to rebuild itself in the early 20th century after the United States' most deadly hurricane. Eric has captured the fun and livelihood of this port city in this painting with the Historic Pleasure Pier in the foreground and some of the beautiful historical architecture Galveston is known for in the background.

My family used to go here every summer, and it's not only great memories but also to love to see the new stuff that's been built out there
As Galvestonians we adored this puzzle. Couldn’t stop until we were done. It really captured the specialness of Galveston. Can’t wait to do some other Dowdle puzzles
....but how did this guy miss Moody Gardens? 'Been there done that,' yeah totally
