Missing and extra pieces, an price.

We also got hooked thru Costco,9.99 each bought 300 pc puzzles for grand kids and 500 pc for ourselves 60 so far. We have had both missing and even extra pieces, you quickly sent us a replacement puzzle for the missing box and responded didn't want the extra pieces from the second, have 6 more puzzles on the way. Visited your new store in Solvang up the coast bought the Solvang puzzle only to find it cheaper 2 doors down from your store. Also cheaper in Palm Springs Quality 100%

Absolutely Love Dowdle

We got hooked on these when first seeing at Costco years ago during the holidays. We have over 60 of these puzzles now. I was disheartened to see that someone was missing puzzle pieces as this has never happened to us. They are high quality, give you a story, has known characters and are lots of fun. We aim to own all of their 1000 piece puzzles over time. Our daughter even bought us a customized one with our picture it. What a special gift! Thanks Dowdle, we love you!

Second Dowdle puzzle with missing pieces

It’s a shame because these puzzles are very well made they are beautiful even the boxes and the insert that come with them are well made..this is the second one we have done and this was missing 3 pieces .. it’s disheartening to put work in to them and not be able to complete them and have them finished with pieces missing.. they need to really look into what is happening in their production facility.. we have done other puzzles and the quality does not compare but at least they have all the pieces.. stinks because we would of definitely bought more from this company but can’t take the chance especially after it happened to the only two we bought from here

Army History

Eric has given our military a proud acknowledgement with a military assortment in 2018. And they are all delightful. Covering all the years, Army gives a great overview of US Army history. It definitely made for some interesting q & a around the table as we did it. And I personally learned a lot from our older generation who occasionally lead a hand. Our youngers had to listen to some 'those were the days' from my grandfather but all in all, the puzzle help generated some good family time and learning. Can't wait to do the next one!
