Tinsmith Sylvester Stoddard lived and worked in his tin shop. He, along with others of his trade, supplied the growing need for tin ware in Nauvoo, IL. Tinsmiths made essential items like lanterns, candle holders, buckets, pots, pans and many other articles quickly and economically, and these items were more durable than those made with pewter or wood.

Our goal is to process and ship all orders within 48 hours. We primarily ship through UPS and USPS. Free shipping is offered on all orders $79 and higher within the 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping on orders $79 and up does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, and other U.S. Territories and international destinations.
