The Star Flour Mill was built in 1888 for producing flour for locals in Utah. This amazing building still stands today so if you are ever in American Fork, Utah, visit this historic Mill. They still have flour bags for sale from the days when the mill was producing flour. There is still wheat waiting to be ground. The mill now houses an antiques/flea market. This painting depicts all the former owners from James Chipman to current owner Daniel Copper.
