Portland, Maine - early 20th Century

I am currently doing this puzzle. My copy of it says it is Portland, Maine, not Oregon. It looks like the time is circa 1900, as there is a horse and buggy pictured on the lower left side and no automobiles anywhere in the picture. It's a great picture, lots of commercial buildings along the waterfront with residential buildings of various sizes along the sides and back. My only concern is that many of the puzzles pieces are exactly the same shape, so you really have to pay attention to the colors and the picture on the pieces so to make sure the pieces are in the correct place.

I don't do jigsaw puzzles so when my wife got Portland for us to do together, I was not enthused. To my surprise, I really got into it. I got excited every time I found a piece, but even better, loved working on such a beautiful puzzle. It took me back in time. Thank you for creating a
Historically delightful work of art that I could help recreate.
