I was gifted a set of four wood 250 piece/ea puzzles with wood frame in which to build it. I really like how the pieces fit together and the way the puzzle is framed. So, I ordered two more sets and contacted customer service for assistance with my order. They were very helpful and provided a positive experience. I gifted one set to my girlfriend who helped me build the other set. Fantastic!
