Challenging and enjoyable minus one

The reason I'm not giving this puzzle a 5 is because after many hours at the puzzle table, upon completion, 1 piece was missing. Sadly, we returned it to the store before we learned of the missing piece policy. It was definitely a challenging puzzle that we enjoyed putting together but was disappointed at the end. We're sorry to see that Costco is no longer carrying them as we wanted to get another one or two.
