I love puzzles and do them all the time. After my first trip to Yellowstone I bought this, my first DOWDLE puzzle off of Amazon. I was excited and completed it right away. I LOVED the puzzle, but there was a missing piece. I sent it back to Amazon, and they sent me another one. The second puzzle had MANY missing pieces?!? I contacted Amazon again, they let me keep that one and just refunded my money. Then, still eager to have a full copy of this lovely puzzle and trying a third time, I ordered directly from the Dowdle site. This third copy of the same puzzle was ALSO missing one piece!!! I could not believe it! Extremely disappointing. Ironically and luckily, I was able to search through the 'old' puzzle # 2 and found the missing piece! So, I finally have the full puzzle, but only because I had two copies of it, and got lucky! Dowdle has inside their boxes a slogan of 'no missing pieces', and their policy is that if there ARE missing pieces you will receive a 'credit', once. The problem is the credit amount is less than the cost of the puzzle to begin with?!? The image and quality of the puzzle and individual pieces are fabulous, but I am super reluctant to ever try another Dowdle puzzle again. So disappointed.
