Jan Smith Feb. 10 I reported (by email) a missing piece on the puzzle. Feb. 12, I received an email with a link to fill out about my issue. This was so I would receive a gift card (or discount) toward a new item I could purchase. Ok, a win, win for Dowdle I can live with, I do like the little puzzles. 3 - 5 business days was the promised response time. Today is Feb. 19, I have yet to receive any email with the $15 toward any future purchases. I have received Dowdle emails offering new puzzles to purchase. Then this email asking to review my experience. It also reminded me it has been 14 days since the puzzle in question arrived. Somethings not matching up here. 9 days & still waiting.
