Lake Tahoe is the largest Alpine lake in North America, and the second deepest lake in America! Known for it's crystal-clear (and cold!) mountain waters, it is surrounded by the snowy peaks of the Sierra Nevada range and is a year-round tourist attraction for skiers and outdoor enthusiasts. Eric captures a delightful historical view of Lake Tahoe in this painting.

Missing back story

We always look over the back of the puzzle printed page for the story of each puzzle. This puzzle, unfortunately, refers the reader to "DowdleFolkArt.com/story" to read the info that used to be on the back of the page in the puzzle. And this URL does not yield any information. Nice picture with the numbers, but what do they mean? (We also preferred reading the backpage, rather than going online to red the numbered items!) Information on Eric's television series is a nice addition, but not at the loss of the puzzle information!

We have completed 21 puzzles in the past few months, and never seen this before! (We still have 3 more to do from Christmas!) Very good quality puzzles in general.
