You are correct. We did purchase several (six I believe) of the 4 Pack Mini Puzzles - Christmas presents. They will not be under the tree this year. We have purchased hundreds of dollars' worth of puzzles from you - and this is a disappointment. We have always enjoyed ordering from you!!! Your offer a great product and service. However, the one star has to reflect our view of 14 days and no puzzles. I would encourage you to never use fedex when we make a purchase. I hope you value our business and can make this commitment. We do not use fedex anymore for our ebay sales. They are not dependable. We hope you can understand our review and think about how 14-day shipping can damage your reputation.
