Challenging!

This puzzle was indeed a challenge, 30+ hours to complete. The similar colors and unique cuts made it interesting.

Meh

Unfortunately this puzzle was a terrible choice, at least for me. So disappointing! Once opened, I realized that almost the entire puzzle consists of shades of two colors, orange/brown and green, with a small amount of white thrown in. Tedious and frustrating! I love puzzles for docus and relaxation - all this puzzle did was upset me.

Missing Piece

I had a puzzle piece that was obviously for some other puzzle. Missing one puzzle piece , super disappointing after you’ve spent many hours creating the puzzle.

My puzzle cost me $16.00 at Costco. Your replacement puzzle cost me $18.00 with the $20 credit. And there is a piece missing. I own several Dowdle puzzles, none of which have missing pieces. Needless to say, I’m super disappointed.
