This puzzle had pieces that fit in multiple places and then stuck together and split the edges when you try to take them apart. I like the artwork and the vivid colors but got very frustrated with the way they kept sticking together. When I finished pieces were sticking up and torn on the edges. I also had a missing piece.
The design of the puzzle is cute and fun. I have purchased over 70 puzzles from this company. But, unfortunately this puzzle ordered from the website was missing a piece. We filled out the missing piece form and was assured we would get a prompt response. None came. I emailed customer service. No response. I called the company phone numbers on the website. Disconnected. After a month of attempts, I think no help is available.
Many of the pieces were stuck together
Love the picture, didn’t like the way pieces were so interchangeable, difficult to remove an incorrect piece, ended up with pieces that didn’t match at all
