Galveston is a resilient city which had to rebuild itself in the early 20th century after the United States' most deadly hurricane. Eric has captured the fun and livelihood of this port city in this painting with the Historic Pleasure Pier in the foreground and some of the beautiful historical architecture Galveston is known for in the background.

As Galvestonians we adored this puzzle. Couldn’t stop until we were done. It really captured the specialness of Galveston. Can’t wait to do some other Dowdle puzzles
....but how did this guy miss Moody Gardens? 'Been there done that,' yeah totally
Really nice, quality puzzle. All the pieces are cut very cleanly. I really enjoyed completing this Galveston puzzle, as I’m so very familiar with that wonderful city. The puzzle was a bit challenging, but that’s okay, I like it that way. I did end up knocking off a star as some of the pieces don’t "click" together and I like that feature a lot. But that only a minor complaint — I’m very pleased with this purchase.
