Every Fall near the Sandia Mountains of New Mexico, balloon enthusiasts gather from all over the world to witness something spectacular. Rising high into the air and then making their way back to their launch site (with help from the box winds), these balloonists compete in various contests of skill and navigation. A very beautiful and engaging piece. Once I learned the background of all the characters in the balloons I just knew that I had to try puzzling again. It didn't take very long and was (I'll admit it) addictive to at least get the outside of the ballots done. It's big enough to have maybe 3 or 4 people work on it at once without hindering each other, so maybe enough for a family. (?) A good introduction to difficult puzzles! Thank you for sharing your art with us!

Got this for a Christmas gift from my wonderful sister. Since I am a actual hot air balloon pilot it put a tear of joy in my eye. Love the story behind each balloon or landscape.
