Scoville Bakery - Fine Art

In Nauvoo, IL, Lucius and Lucy Snow Scovil built and operated Main Street's Scovil Bakery in the 1840s. They supplied local residents with baked goods, crackers, and candy, as well as a variety of jams, jellies and confections. They also operated a catering service, supplying delicacies for banquets and parties held in the Masonic Hall.
